# BEVM Testnet

\-- EVM-compatible Bitcoin L2

BEVM is a decentralized EVM-compatible Bitcoin L2 that uses BTC as Gas.  It allows all DApps which can run in the Ethereum ecosystem to operate on Bitcoin L2.
