Returns information about an uncle given a block's hash and the index of the uncle.

Parameters

DATA, 32 Bytes - Hash of the block holding the uncle
QUANTITY - The uncle's index position

Returns

Object - An object of type Block (with zero transactions), or null when no uncle was found. See eth_getBlockByHash
